it start's here where will all end.... confusing isnt it?

before i begin let me introduce myself 1st, im dalton age of 30 a father of 2 handsome boys, living with my very sexy, loving wife. and i own dogs,yes dogs more than 1. hahaha! ok lets begin.
 before i was a very, i mean very very very healthy (FAT) guy. who loves to eat any kind of foods, i dont know i just love to eat and appreciate everyones cooking. but one night it just came to me, thinking.....

am i still healthy?do i still look healthy? is this still healthy? is this the right way, proper way to appreciate food? then i opened up my computer browse our pictures. from the year i met my wife up to the latest picture of us. all i can say is.. who is this fat ass guy with my wife? i cant barely recognized myself i look like 10 years older. man this is not happening to me.... right? lol! then i began thinking. too much thinking that i cant sleep, thinking what if i die tonight, cause of stroke, hypertension etc. etc. etc. what if my wife wake up in the morning then suddenly realize she dont want a fat guy anymore? its the time to act. no more what ifs. no more thinking. the only way to prevent this to happen is to act and execute the plan, (pffft what plan?)

completely no idea where to start, what to do, how can i achieve my weight loss to success.
so i did an experiment. started dieting. eating tuna and sweet potato only everyday. YES everyday!!!!! as hell!!! lol....

from day 1 i look like this....


after 3 months of food deprivation.. lolz!!!(damn so missed to eat those rice and adobo) i actually loss weight  from 245lbs to 200lbs. so eating this stuff (Sweet potato and tuna) will actually help you lose weight..... then i continued the diet for another month and this was i look like...
man i look like muscles dont want to grow anymore in my body.. hahahaha! many of my friends,relatives and other people telling that im to thin, skinny that i look liked came from a rehab center for anorexic people... dang!!! then i think its time for me to put this diet to the next level..

so i started working out with my friends, this is my 1st gym. my very 1st serious lifting gym hahaha!
a front yard gym with a kiddie bike (nice color pink lmao). im starting to build muscle here, and started to eat right again, i mean im eating rice now... lol... the diet was high protein,medium carbs, low fats. change my foods to chicken breasts,brown rice, oatmeals, fish and some beans and nuts... 

it went well for 3 months. doing chest,shoulders, arms and back exercises... didnt realized i had to do legs too lol! so this is me after 3months of training.
hmmm... so my arms got a little bit bigger. lol. 

then suddenly im not satisfied anymore... i need more weights. need to train my legs or lower body, i need a real gym. then me and my friends decided to enroll at the nearest gym. then from there i put my lifting and diet to the next level. started googling for weight training programs then i saw this DY blood and guts. (dorian yates former champion) so started to do his program for at least 6months i guess. 

so this is me after 6months of DY blood and guts program.
my weight here is at 160 - 164ish lbs... something like that. still have the mid section leftovers though..

then one time while browsing in the internet. i came across to a body building site... so i became a member, post some before and after pictures in my journal. then someone suggested to me. "nice built bro, but your 5'10" weighing 160lbs is not just right" he suggested that i should go on bulking build more lean mass (and fat surely) for at least 6months. i was like! what the hell dude!! im a fat ass before. im so damn scared to eat too much and gain weight too much i dont want to be fat anymore!!!

but anyways i did it.. i bulk up.. but its hard for me to do it. cause my mind telling me that youll be fat again and all the efforts will be wasted... i bulk up slowly and slowly. so i change my diet again and lifting training to another level.... this time my program was 5x5. and this is the time i used supplement. yes thats right... supplement. i started using whey protein and creatine.

ok so i grow some hair. lolz! then after bulking up to 180lbs i decided to trim down now, cause man i really really hate to be fat again. was so still afraid to bulk up too much.... so decided to trim down.

so i read about this leangains intermittent fasting style. its not a diet but its a way of eating. basically youll eat your food with in the 8hr feeding window, then fast again for 16hrs. at first i was like!!!! o cmon this is hell!!! how am i suppose to do this thing?!?!?!?!

then slowly i managed to adopt my eating style. this time theres no food deprivation. cause you can eat anything you want untill you reach your macros( ok this is compose of fats,carbs and protein. total calories for a day with this 3 macros) this time i learned to count my calories, macros and stuffs. so i still eat my favorite foods. but less servings and it should hit my macros everyday.

my weight here is about 170ish lbs...... still got some loose belly skins... FATS!!!

ive stayed like this for almost 3months. but then am still not satisfied when i look myself in the mirror i was like, why im still thin. no muscles at all, im just like an ordinary guy.....

so ehem!!! again i bulk up. but stay on IF(fasting) but with large amount of calories. is like 3500 calories a day. this time i went crazy, i eat all the food i love. steaks, adobo,sinigang, burgers etc. and then i realized that my metabolism now is different from before.so i bulked up to dec 2012. im still using whey protein, creatine. added some fishoils,multi vitamins. calcium and vit c.

so ill present to you my 2nd bulk up stage. lol!



now my weight here is 185 - 188ish lbs. 

and now i cut again. i started my cutting last mid of january 2013. in this cutting i choose the method of KETOGENIC DIET. basically ill eat fats to burn fats. first i dont believe this kind of diet until i read all the testimonies of this diet from other people, so what the heck ill give it a try... now added some more vitamins cause in this diet youll only eat protein and fats, you are only allowed to eat at least 30grams of carbs a day. no milk,fruits.other veggies.sugar obviously and no rice and bread! damn! lol. so i added some psyllium husk to add fiber and ALA alpha lipoic acid. so im still in the diet now present day. so here i am.

ok still have a long journey to travel..... im bulking again this coming june till january. my target is at least 190lbs to 195lbs then cut to 180lbs. btw my weight now is 170lbs @ 13%bf.

i will not say goodbye cause this is only the beginning. i hope you like my transformation but if not its ok.... we have our own opinions in life.... thanks a bunch guys!
